PUBG Mobile
PUBG Mobile is a free-to-play multiplayer battle royale game developed by PUBG Studios and published by Tencent Games. Since its 2018 launch, it has surpassed 1 billion downloads worldwide and generated over USD 9 billion in global revenue.
In each match, up to 100 players compete on a shrinking battlefield, combining strategy, shooting skills, and teamwork to survive.
The Challenge
The mission was bold and clear: execute a PUBG Mobile world final in less than 30 days, connecting the planet in real time.
This meant orchestrating a global live event with 64 players competing simultaneously, each with their own live facecam, integrating multiple locations worldwide into a single continuous broadcast.
Beyond the technical engineering required, we had to:
• Attract a massive global audience
• Operate under extreme time constraints
• Deliver within a lean budget
• Create a fully live on-site experience
“Pulling off a world final at this scale in under 30 days required surgical coordination, broadcast precision, and zero margin for error.”
The Results
With the PUBG Mobile Global Open, we delivered a legendary production: 64 players live on facecam in an epic, stable, and technically flawless global showdown.
The result of this high-performance engineering was a peak of 500 million simultaneous viewers, delivering global scale while saving nearly USD 1 million in production costs.
“A milestone in event engineering, proving that massive impact and operational efficiency can coexist without compromise.”
